Develops, implements, and updates Dispatch Operations Guide, Expanded Dispatch Plans, etc. Assists in oversight of telecommunications equipment. Serves as subject matter expert during training development. Shares information with agencies, public, and media as needed. Provide day-to-day operations technical direction. Plans work, assigns work, provides employee performance input. Gives advice, counsel, and instruction to employees.
