Director Core ETO Plants Structured Contract Customers

What will you do?
  • Work closely with the Core ETO plants to ensure they have the required qualified resources necessary to meet the customer specified deliverables for quality, validation testing, published test reports, genealogy, continuous improvement, plant goal setting, and problem resolution activities that meet the service level agreements with each customer.
  • Represent the voice of the customer in the ETO Core Plants
  • Role will be customer facing when required and may work to resolve international issues.
  • Work with executive levels (SVP, VP) across multiple LoB's to ensure problem resolution, solution, and offer development meet Web Giant needs. Manage resolution where SE offers conflict within the Data Center Solution.
  • Work with SE FSR Sales teams and SE Commercial teams on new technologies/innovations and improvements in existing services contracts for DC sites.
  • Support weekly issue review meetings with customer(s).
  • Continuous improvement quality metrics for each customer. The primary performance metrics will include internal metrics DPU, FPY, Problem Resolution within SLAs, and external metrics as determined by the customer.

What skills and capabilities will make you successful?

Skills Required: Must have strong quality systems planning/implementation skills along with problem-solving skills including 8D, TEX, data analytics, quality data expertise, must be comfortable in a customer-facing role. Familiarity with bFO and SE quality management system.

Six Sigma black belt preferred.

Travel Requirements: As needed, could range from 0-30% depending on job requirements.

Who will you report to?

Reports to the VP of CS&Q for Structured Contracts. Peer relationship to the Plant Managers with dotted line authority over the Core Plant Quality Managers.

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?

Bachelor's degree required in Engineering, Technology or related field.

Master's in a related field is a plus.

Minimum of 10 years' experience in customer-facing quality management roles & ETO manufacturing exposure, preferably in switchgear engineering and manufacturing. Familiarity with bFO and SE quality management system.

Six Sigma black belt preferred.
