Responsibilities:

Strategic Initiatives:

  • Assist the founders in planning and executing strategic projects and initiatives.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to support decision-making processes.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and documents for internal and external stakeholders.

Operations Support:

  • Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of operational processes and systems.
  • Help manage schedules, meetings, and communications for the founders.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Marketing, Sales, and HR to support company-wide projects.
  • Relay important information and updates from the founders to relevant teams.
  • Gather and synthesize feedback from various departments to inform strategic planning.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
  • Any exposure / understanding to Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a keen interest in startups and entrepreneurship.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
