We are seeking a dynamic, self-motivated Consulting Electrical Engineering Technician to join our progressive team. This role is an excellent opportunity to showcase your technical skills and contribute to our mission of providing innovative electrical solutions and services. As a Consulting Electrical Engineering Technician, you will work closely with our engineers and clients, providing expert advice and support in the design, installation, and maintenance of various electrical systems. This position requires a hands-on approach, a problem-solving mindset, and a thorough understanding of electrical principles and technologies.

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with engineers and clients to understand their electrical requirements and provide expert advice on the design and implementation of electrical systems.
2. Apply your knowledge of cabling, circuits, and wiring to design and install electrical systems that meet client needs and comply with safety regulations.
3. Utilize your skills in SMT and Thru hole to assemble and repair circuit boards and other electronic components.
4. Conduct thorough inspections and tests of electrical systems and components to identify and resolve issues and ensure optimal performance.
5. Prepare detailed reports and documentation, including specifications, schematics, and diagrams, to support design decisions and facilitate future maintenance.
6. Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in electrical engineering and leverage this knowledge to improve our services and solutions.
7. Provide training and guidance to junior technicians, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
8. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, ensuring that all work is carried out in a safe and efficient manner.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Electrical Engineering Technician or in a similar role.
2. Proficiency in cabling, circuits, wiring, SMT, and Thru hole.
3. Strong understanding of electrical systems and safety regulations.
4. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex electrical concepts in simple terms.
6. Proficiency in using electrical design and testing tools.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
8. Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
