The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
  • Provides administrative support to a manager, AECOM’s Stevens Point, WI office, and the Central Midwest Area’s business units.
  • Work cooperatively with others with the use of strong interpersonal skills, organizational skills, and good verbal and written communication skills; multi-tasking skills are essential to this role.
  • Performs a variety of complicated tasks with general supervision.
  • Accomplishes tasks through the use of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, InDesign, Company specific computer programs, basic office equipment, forms and procedures.
  • Prepares and sends packages.
  • Answers telephones, files, schedules and prepares conference rooms and maintains inventory of office supplies.
  • Assist with document production and arrange travel schedules. Other related duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements
  • HS + 4 years of experience or demonstration equivalency of experience and/or education
  • Must have valid Driver’s license
Preferred Qualifications
  • Proficient in Microsoft Professional Office Suite including: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access
  • Working knowledge of office equipment (such as phones, printers, and scanners)
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant
  • Knowledge of office management and procedures
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Work experience in the transportation industry
