In this role, you'll drive efficiency through team collaboration, delegation, and communication with key project partners. Your leadership and business acumen will propel our success in making our store experiences best in class.

This role is hybrid, which means you will be required to work some days on-site at the Best Buy location listed on this posting and some days virtually from home or other non-Best Buy location. The specific work arrangements vary by role and team. The recruiter or hiring manager will provide more details during the hiring process.

What you'll do

  • Influence without authority at all levels, building strong internal and external relationships while holding cross-functional teams accountable for project deliverables
  • Lead all aspects of project planning, including milestones, sustain plans, and evaluations, ensuring on-time, on-budget, quality delivery that meets project sponsor's scope requirements
  • Consistently communicate project status and risks to teams, sponsors, and stakeholders through regular updates
  • Facilitate discussions and presentations in rooms of 10+ people, ensuring engagement and alignment among all participants

Basic qualifications
  • 2 years of project management experience
  • 2 years of merchandising and/or retail experience
  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft applications (Excel, PowerPoint, et)

Preferred qualifications
  • Skilled in managing multiple tasks efficiently, prioritizing effectively, and clearly conveying information to team members and stakeholders
  • Proven ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams without formal authority
  • Ability to identify, address, and resolve conflicts effectively
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience
