About the Role

Our client is a dynamic and innovative organization dedicated to righting consumer wrongs by putting out easytounderstand news for consumer lawsuits and settlements. With a commitment to excellence and continuous improvement we are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Junior Data Analyst. This role will support the data acquisition and reporting processes to support our business and enhance overall operational efficiency.


Our client utilizes MongoDB a NoSQL Cloud platform for our data warehousing. As a Junior Data Analyst you will be responsible for assisting the DevOps team in maintaining the integrity of our data structure and to help meet all reporting needs throughout our organization. You will collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless integration troubleshoot issues and implement best practices for utilizing the features of our data environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement data flow pipelines with data engineering team

  • Collect clean and maintain large datasets from various sources.

  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy by performing regular audits and validations.

  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to communicate findings to internal stakeholders.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to measure the effectiveness of legal marketing campaigns and suggest improvements.

  • Assist in the development of data models and predictive analytics to enhance our decision making capabilities.

  • Stay uptodate with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and legal marketing.

  • Analyze data to identify trends patterns and insights relevant to class action lawsuits and legal marketing.



RequirementsQualifications:
  • Bachelor s degree in Data Science Statistics Computer Science or a related field.

  • Experience with NoSQL databases (e.g. MongoDB Cassandra etc.).

  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and languages (e.g. Mongo Python SQL).

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets.

  • Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.

  • Good communication skills both written and verbal.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Experience in legal data or legal marketing is a plus.

Preferred Skills:
  • Familiarity with legal industry data and terminology.

  • Experience in digital marketing analytics.

  • Tealium and Digital Marketing knowledge a plus

  • Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau Looker Studio).

  • Understanding of statistical analysis and machine learning techniques.
