We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Admin to join our dynamic team In this role you will provide exceptional administrative support while delivering topnotch customer service. No prior experience is required; we are happy to provide full training. If you are eager to learn and grow within a collaborative environment this is the perfect opportunity for you

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Manage incoming calls emails and customer inquiries.
  • Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues promptly.
  • Update and maintain customer records and databases.
  • Support various administrative tasks such as filing scheduling and office organization.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and communication.
  • Process orders handle billing inquiries and track shipments as needed.
  • Assist with other projects and tasks as assigned by management.

Skills/Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fastpaced environment.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Previous customer service or administrative experience is a plus but not required.
