Job Duties and Qualifications

  • Under broad direction, make sales calls and provides technical support to customers in a defined territory.
  • Prepares for and facilitates sales calls and documents outcomes.
  • Draws on knowledge of products and their capabilities to identify and troubleshoot/resolve complex customer issues independently.
  • May assist with resolving complex customer issues escalated from more junior team members. Provides feedback/insight on customer needs, competitors, technology, and other pertinent issues via CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system/process.

Responsibilities:
  • Bachelors degree required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power Point is required
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience required.
  • Job requires travel up to 70% of the time.

Candidates having qualifications that exceed the minimum job requirements will receive consideration for higher level roles given (1) their experience, (2) additional job requirements, and/or (3) business needs. Depending on education, experience, and skill level, a variety of job opportunities might be available, including Business Development Account Rep.
