What will you do?
• Implement the ETO standard processes in the plant for the complete scope of production/manufacturing.
o Coach & educate the plant production staff on standard processes value.
o Ensure the proper support (training, coaching) during the deployment phases.
o Challenge the status quo and develop the SPS spirit (curiosity, can-do attitude, fail fast and try again, benchmark, best practices sharing, etc...).
• Develop & establish acceptable standards with defined limits of variation, with a strong involvement in continuous improvement.
o Make the SPS a manufacturing animation system in the plant.
o Define the yearly ambition with Plant GM and follow up the plant improvement plan.
• Implement operational techniques and perform activities aimed at monitoring an efficient production setup (KPI, headcount, SIM).
o Output
o Service level & BOV
o Productivity
• Follow up the manufacturing transformation action plan to cope with plant objectives and deliver the results.
o Focus on the critical improvements and make sure the momentum is there to deliver the expected results.
o Support the manufacturing manager to perform the necessary changes.
o Alert the Plant transformation leader in case of deviation vs the plan.
What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain or Industrial Management
• 5+ years of experience in leadership role in Operations
• End to End view with the ability to define and deploy std processes for all plants functions.
• Strong ability to influence and convince stakeholders. Resilient and curious.
• Demonstrated ability to drive change and deliver results - solid network management
• Team player - Team builder (functional leadership)
• Project management
