- Identify and manage new business opportunities within the Oil & Gas market for Rolls-Royce Solutions America products and services and follow through from lead to sale
- Provide sales strategy and project management leadership for assigned market and customer accounts
- Establish and complete achievable but challenging short-, medium- and long-term goals designed to promote and increase Rolls-Royce Solutions America's market penetration in the assigned area of responsibility
- Manages assigned area and account responsibilities from a total support perspective and establish and/or enhance customer relationships at the highest management level
- Tracks and reports trends, business conditions and account status, which will affect future sales.
- Resolves customer concerns and complaints in a timely manner that will create goodwill and future sales.
- Develops and maintains close working relationship with OEM dealer personnel for the purpose of maintaining and increasing penetration of sales.
- Provide accurate and timely input for monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting
- Prepares and presents professional sales presentations.
- Attend trade shows and events and reports activities.
- Maintains knowledge of MTU products, applications, and policies.
- Promote a compliance culture in area of responsibility and live the letter and the spirit of the Rolls-Royce Code of Conduct.
- Perform special projects as required

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering and 5 years of experience in sales & service management in the Oil & Gas industry, or 9 years of experience in sales & service management in the Oil & Gas industry.
- Excellent knowledge of the general upstream, downstream Oil and Gas market
- Proven established relationship with major players in the Oil and Gas community
- Excellent self-starter with the ability to work extended periods without supervision
- Excellent ability to make independent decisions
- Excellent oral, presentation and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Strong level of analytical ability
- Strong technical knowledge of diesel engines
- Strong leadership skills, especially in addressing issues that cross internal departments
- Proficient with PC and MS Office Suite
- Proficient in English
- Ability to travel domestic & international 60% of the time
Preferred:
- Knowledge of MTU products or comparable diesel products and their applications
- Spanish language skills
