Critical thinkers who naturally see opportunities to develop and optimize work processes - finding ways to simplify, standardize and automate.What You Will Do:Perform activities following Stryker's Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) framework and processes.Design, build, test, deploy, and hyper care activities for implementing Revenue Management Model N solutions and its integrations with SAP S/4 and peripheral applications (Athena, Varicent, EIM, SFDC etc.) including overall systems architecture and design in the larger context of complex heterogeneous systems.Responsible for all architectural design aspects within the Revenue Management Model N area and maintained knowledge of new technologies.Responsible for all technical design, prototypes/mock-ups, development, testing, and delivery of solutions for release cycles and/or new projects within the within Commercial Landscape and application stackPlay a significant role within the Architecture Review Board, in not only defining application standards but also driving the final decision on solution.Accountable for the Solution Review Board activities driving architecture decisions, technical approvals across the application area, and alignment of scope against Service Delivery team minor releases.Review and Govern business process documents, application and technical specifications, test plans and cutover plans for go-live sites.Collaborate with other Global ERP Program teams, IT Business Partners, Build and Run teams, IT Vendors, various Infrastructure teams, and Business Deployment teams.What You Need:Bachelor's degree in accounting, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent technical field of study required.Master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or Information Systems, field is preferred.8+ years of Revenue Management or relevant experience required.Experience in leading teams of resources for projects, minimum 5 years required.End to end process integration experience with major ERP is required, preferably SAP. Experience working with executive business stakeholders along with proven experience of global system rollouts - strategy, planning, vendor selection and implementation planning requiredExperience with process mapping, documenting complex processes and presenting them in a clear and understandable format is required, including understanding, evaluating and recommending changes to business processes are required.Experience developing strategic business process methodologies to drive business results required.Knowledge of and ability to drive IT methodologies such as ITIL, Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile Development is preferred.Extensive knowledge of medical devices and/or pharmaceutical industry and basic knowledge of adjacent areas in terms of processes, organization, products and IT requirements preferred.Travel Percentage: 30%Stryker Corporation is an equal opportunity employer.
