Roles and Responsibility

Responsible for the daily running of a Student Care Centre, including programme planning, curriculum development and implementing health & safety procedures.

Staff supervision and mentoring

Active network and relationship building with the parents and stakeholders.

Possess a passion to reach out to and empower children and a self-motivated team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Be responsible for the overall smooth operation of Centre, meet the student enrolment targets

Report to management on student enrolment, operational expenses, manpower and training.

Overseeing administrative tasks such as Finance, GIRO Report, Student Care Fee Assistance (SCFA).

Requirements:

Minimum diploma and above / WSQ Student-Care Certified / Possessing Qualifications in the field of community / social services is an advantage)

Possess excellent work ethics and integrity

Able to communicate effectively in both English and/or Mandarin

At least 2 years of experience working with children. Those with supervisory experience will have an advantage.
