FounderFirst Mindset: At Mobius Ventures we are committed to a founderfirst mindset. We partner with companies even before they undergo a venture round focusing on those with strong market validation. While we do not require startups to be postrevenue we do need to see evidence of market traction at a minimum. We also work with startups that have already undergone a venture round or have generated revenue. Position Overview:
Mobius Ventures is seeking experienced and knowledgeable professionals to join our network as Startup Investor Advisors. As an advisor you will play a critical role in supporting the next generation of startups by providing valuable feedback on our platform. You will be compensated up to $100 per hour for your expertise helping startups refine their strategies improve their market positioning and accelerate their growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide indepth feedback on startup business models market strategies and growth plans.
  • Evaluate and assess the potential of startups seeking investment through Mobius Ventures platform.
  • Share insights and best practices to help startups navigate challenges and capitalize on opportunities.
  • Participate in advisory sessions with startup founders offering guidance on product development market entry fundraising and scaling.
  • Collaborate with Mobius Ventures team to identify promising startups and contribute to investment decisions.

Qualifications:

  • Investment Experience: Must be currently employed in a fulltime investment role or be an accredited investor with a strong track record in startup investing.
  • Industry Knowledge: Indepth understanding of startup ecosystems venture capital and the unique challenges faced by earlystage companies.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze business models market dynamics and financial projections.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to provide constructive actionable feedback to startup founders.
  • Collaboration: Ability to work effectively within a team and contribute to a collaborative founderfirst environment.
