Key Responsibilities
  • Market Research: Stay updated on the latest Payment Service Providers (PSPs) and innovative payment technologies.
  • Banking Solutions Expansion: Identify and onboard new banking solutions to enhance payment options.
  • Process Optimization: Evaluate and streamline payment processes to improve user experience and boost operational efficiency.
  • Cost Reduction: Implement strategies to reduce payment processing costs and enhance transaction success rates.
  • Vendor Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with PSPs to ensure smooth communication and collaboration.
  • Contract Negotiation: Secure favorable terms through effective negotiation with payment providers.
  • Integration & Management: Oversee the integration and continued operation of payment gateways.
  • Performance Monitoring: Ensure seamless payment processing by promptly addressing any performance issues.
  • Compliance: Maintain strict adherence to industry regulations and internal policies for all payment processes.
  • Security & Fraud Prevention: Collaborate with compliance and operations teams to uphold security standards and prevent fraud.
  • Policy Development: Create and implement policies for payment processing ensuring consistency and security.
  • Reporting: Generate detailed reports on payment performance providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze transaction data to identify trends and pinpoint areas for process improvement.

Your ProfileQualifications:
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in banking financial services or a related field.
  • Education: Bachelor s degree in Accounting Finance Business Administration Economics or a related discipline.
  • Payments Expertise: Proven experience with payment providers and integration projects.
  • Banking Knowledge: Strong understanding of banking products payment services and compliance regulations.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively.
  • Analytical Thinking: Strong problemsolving abilities decisionmaking skills and a talent for analyzing financial data.
  • Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with banking software and CRM systems.
  • Team Player: A cooperative team member who works well under pressure.
