Location: Various locations across Ohio

The Quality urance Coordinator is responsible for monitoring and evaluating the quality of care provided within the healthcare practice ensuring that standards are met and continuously improved.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement quality urance policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular audits and evaluations of clinical processes and patient care outcomes.
  • yze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in quality of care.
  • Collaborate with clinical staff to develop action plans for quality improvement initiatives.
  • Prepare reports on quality metrics for leadership review.

Requirements
  • Bachelor s degree in Healthcare Administration Nursing or a related field; certification in quality management preferred.
  • Experience in quality urance or improvement in a healthcare setting.
  • Strong ytical and problemsolving ss.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal ss.
