We are excited to be expanding our headquarters in Burlington, Vermont, and are looking for talented individuals to join our team.
One Day In July provides personalized investment management and fiduciary financial advice, generally focused on index funds, to clients in Vermont and across the United States.
You do not need prior financial industry experience, but a keen interest in learning about investing, economics, and financial markets is essential.
As an Investment Desk Associate, you will be responsible for helping the firm trade client accounts. You will rebalance client asset allocations and review unique investment situations. You will work closely with our advisors and sometimes directly with clients. You will report to the firm’s Founder/CEO Dan Cunningham.
Trade and rebalance client accounts. Look to reduce taxes incurred. Process paperwork and other client requests. Construct spreadsheets for trading and sometimes for clients. Utilize our CRM to carefully manage client portfolios and keep detailed records. Answer questions and help train new advisors and staff. On occasion, work directly with clients.You must have a Series 65 to perform this role. You will have 4 months to obtain a license. Exam study hours are on your own time.
