Mission:

The mission of the executive assistant is to provide highlevel administrative support to executives managers or other professionals within an organization. The primary goal is to enhance the executives efficiency and effectiveness by managing their administrative tasks organizing schedules and handling various responsibilities allowing the executive to focus on strategic and highpriority activities. The executive assistant serves as a crucial link between the executive and other team members clients and stakeholders.

Your responsibilities:

  • Scheduling meetings appointments travel itineraries and events for CLevel Executives
  • Coordinating executive communications including inbound and outbound communication and interfacing with clients and business partners
  • Maintaining complex filing systems and databases document review and preparation
  • Preparing editing and distributing presentation materials
  • Administration of executive expense reports
  • Planning and managing for regular board meetings inhouse or offsite activities including parties celebrations and conferences
  • Upholding a strict level of confidentiality
  • Perform administrative tasks claimmonitoring of issues preparation of rooms.

To succeed in this role youll need a positive attitude and the following:

  • Bachelors degree preferred; additional qualification as an Administrative Assistant will be a plus
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel PowerPoint Word in particular)
  • Knowledge Google WorkSpace would be an advantage
  • High Degree of authonomy
  • High Level of english (B2 at least)
  • More than 5 years experience in a similar role

  • Attention to detail and problemsolving skills
  • Strong organizational and planning skills in a fastpaced environment
  • A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements
