Job Description: We are seeking a talented and experienced UX Designer to join our team in Seattle. This hybrid role offers the flexibility to work both remotely and on-site. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise UX design, a passion for solving complex problems, and the ability to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define and implement innovative UX solutions.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze user feedback to inform design decisions.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that effectively communicate design ideas.
- Develop and maintain design systems and ensure consistency across all enterprise products.
- Advocate for user-centered design principles and ensure the best user experience is achieved.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX design and enterprise solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in UX design, with a focus on enterprise solutions.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools.
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous UX design work, particularly for enterprise applications.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing.
- Ability to think critically and solve complex design challenges.
- Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
Employment Type: Contract
The salary range for this position is $45 to $55 per hour.
