The Business Integration Analyst is responsible for the design requirements adherence, development dependencies, testing, Go-live support and hand off to maintenance/support teams SaaS Healthcare system integrations/Data Migration project. The person will work closely with customers and internal teams and system administrators to understand and provide feedback on complex functional requirements, identify gaps and technical limitations, propose solutions and workarounds and formalize solutions in technical design documents.

Responsibilities:

  • Candidates with strong business analysis skills who have been a key point of contact for gathering requirements from clients and stakeholders.
  • Candidates should have experience translating business needs into technical requirements and working closely with development teams to implement those requirements.
  • Candidates can clearly articulate the difference between functional and non-functional requirements and have experience writing both.
  • Candidates with experience in running UAT sessions, managing issues, and handling the Go-live process, including leading Go-live WAR Rooms.
  • Candidates who can own and manage the RTM. They should be able to map client requirements to the technical implementation, ensuring all requirements are fulfilled.
  • Candidates with direct experience in writing and managing SDLC documentation. They should have worked on multiple pieces of SDLC-related documents like technical specs, test plans, release notes, and user guides.
  • Candidate's involvement in documenting end-to-end processes within the SDLC.
  • Work with Client Integrator to document the business and technical workflow required to meet deliverables and maintain integration requirements documentation (Elicits, analyzes, specifies, and validates the business needs of stakeholders, be they customers or end user)
  • Convert non-technical client requests to technical request/ requirements on internal teams
  • Able to lead Client meetings when appropriate
  • Work with Data Migration sub-contract company to ensure data migrations run down any application issues (liaison between Data migration team, client integrator and back-end tech teams)
  • During UAT & Go-live/Post Go-live support
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and accurately document problems and their probable causes. Identify root/cause, test, and implement solutions.
  • Serve in a liaison role between application development groups, internal services support groups, and end users
