What will your role be?

As a Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in collaborating with Product Managers to ensure timely, high-quality, and cost-effective delivery of solution designs that align with both business and digital objectives. You will be providing support for designated technical applications, equipment, solutions, and services.


Activities:

  • Actively engage with Domain and Product teams to support Product Managers in delivering value-added solution designs
  • Elicit and document detailed business requirements, creating comprehensive Business Requirements Documents (BRD) or Business Requirements Sheets (BRS)
  • Ensure ongoing alignment between business requirements, the business case, and the solution throughout the Project Delivery process
  • Serve as the primary liaison between the IT organization and local business stakeholders, fostering effective communication and building high-trust relationships
  • Facilitate understanding of IT NA processes and procedures related to the implemented/deployed solution(s)
  • Capture and challenge business requirements and scope within various project methodologies (Waterfall, Hybrid, and Agile)
  • Demonstrate proficiency in ITIL Process, CAB process, and ServiceNow or equivalent IT Service Management tools


What skills and qualifications are we looking for?

  • Detect errors in analysis, design, and development, utilizing modeling techniques and tools such as GSuite, Visio, or equivalent
  • Write clear, concise, consistent, and complete requirements
  • Demonstrate soft skills, including proactivity, strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, problem-solving, and effective stakeholder management
  • Work independently and collaboratively within a team environment, establishing relationships with diverse audiences
  • Exhibit experience with Information Systems, digital solutions, and collaboration tools for remote teams
  • Identify, investigate, and troubleshoot bugs, defects, and potential issues, collaborating with the development team to implement solutions with minimal user impact
  • Working knowledge of Project Methodology (Waterfall, Hybrid, and Agile) or ITIL Process, including CAB processes
  • Autonomous decision-making ability, adaptability to a fast-changing environment, and rapid learning aptitude
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
