We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to join our US Data Management team. Key Responsibilities

  • Project Planning and Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. Provide clear direction and support to team members.
  • Stakeholder Management: Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including senior management, clients, and team members. Manage expectations and ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise.
  • Data Management: Oversee data management processes, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and compliance with regulatory requirements. Manage data migration and integration projects involving Snowflake and AWS.
  • Cloud Platform Management: Utilize Snowflake and AWS to manage and optimize data storage, processing, and analytics. Ensure the efficient use of cloud resources and adherence to best practices.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and present project status reports, including progress updates, risk assessments, and performance metrics. Maintain comprehensive project documentation.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Data Management, Computer Science, or a related field. PMP certification is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry. Experience with data management projects involving Snowflake and AWS is required.

  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
  • Proficient in data management and familiar with data management tools and software.
  • Hands-on experience with Snowflake and AWS, including data migration, integration, and optimization.
