Position Overview:

The Finance team is seeking a dedicated Finance Project Manager to lead and manage finance-related projects from inception to completion. This role will assist in the transition, transfer, and consolidation of SAP Data, P2P Data, Workday Data, and Organizational Hierarchy.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute finance projects, ensuring timely completion within budget.
  • Develop project plans, set milestones, allocate resources, and monitor progress.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks to project timelines.
  • Lead teams across finance, operations, and IT to achieve project objectives.
  • Analyze data and track financial performance throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Serve as the primary contact for stakeholders, updating them on project status and financial implications.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes and drive efficiency.
  • Support integration and transition projects, ensuring accurate delivery of objectives.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years in Finance Systems/SAP Projects.
  • Ideal candidates will have previous PMO experience and knowledge of the healthcare environment.
  • Proven experience in training teams directly or through project execution.
