Pay Range: $65 - $69/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate with research peers to plan and execute impactful research.
  • Incorporate technical and business requirements into research design.
  • Conduct comprehensive primary user research using diverse methods, including usability studies, interviews, surveys, and mixed methods research.
  • Analyse and synthesize findings from multiple data sources.
  • Communicate insights clearly with actionable recommendations.
  • Build relationships with cross-functional teams (Content, Product Design, Engineering, Marketing).
  • Work with other research teams to improve the end-to-end customer experience.


Key Requirements and Technology Experience:


  • Key Skills: Qualitative, Strategic, Survey.
  • 6+ years of research experience in the technology industry.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to navigate ambiguity.
  • Proficient in qualitative and quantitative research methods.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and multitask.
  • Experience in global user research is a plus.
  • Portfolio is Must .
  • Advanced degree (MA/MS or PhD) in a relevant field (Anthropology, Psychology, HCI, etc.).
  • Two rounds of the zoom interview and Portfolio presentation .
