Precor Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and passionate Salesforce Administrator with Conga CPQ (formerly Apttus CPQ) experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate is energetic, self-motivated, and has a strong background in Salesforce Lightning environments, supporting existing applications, and developing user-friendly and effective customizations to meet new business requirements.

Responsibilities
  • Salesforce Management: Administer and manage the Salesforce environment, including user setup, roles, profiles, permissions, and data management. Ensure system integrity, security, and scalability.
  • Application Support & Development: Support the design, development, and integration of Salesforce Service Cloud applications utilizing Apex and other tools as needed. Meet new business requirements through effective application customizations.
  • Conga CPQ (formerly Apttus CPQ): Help implement, test, and support Conga CPQ (formerly Apttus CPQ) and integration with SAP. Provide expert knowledge in CPQ functionalities, including product configuration, pricing management, and workflow approvals.
  • Support Requests: Manage and resolve support requests, configuration changes, and bulk data updates while exercising appropriate change controls.
  • Security & Compliance: Rigorously follow and extend security and compliance controls to safeguard data and protect data privacy. Maintain change management and release practices for Salesforce and integrated business applications.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Collaborate with IT counterparts and business stakeholders to create and validate business requirements and project specification documents. Maintain strong verbal/written communication and data presentation skills, effectively communicating with both business and technical teams. Ability to manage multiple activities across multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Problem Solving & Continuous Improvement: Lead the identification and resolution of issues quickly, leveraging strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and proactively seek out opportunities to improve existing systems and processes.
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator, Developer, or similar role.
  • 2+ years of experience with Conga CPQ (formerly Apttus CPQ).
  • Salesforce Administrator certification strongly preferred.
  • Conga CPQ Product Administration Level 1/Level 2 Certification is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Experience (Community) Cloud and SAP integrations is preferred.
  • Experience with migrations utilizing DemandTools and X-Author is considered a plus.

Pay Range: $83,000 to $93,000

The pay range represents the low and high end of the anticipated pay range for this position based at our Woodinville, WA headquarters. The actual pay offered for this position will depend on numerous factors including individual performance, business objectives, and if the location for the job changes.
