Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Marketing Manager to join our team. The Sales Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of STRI Academy by developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives that promote our online courses and enhance brand visibility within the target market of professionals seeking LEED Credentials.


Key Responsibilities:


Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies:

  • Design and implement comprehensive marketing plans to achieve sales targets and increase enrollment in our online courses.
  • Utilize market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the industry.
  • Collaborate with the content team to create compelling marketing materials, including website content, blog posts, email campaigns, and social media content.


Lead Generation and Conversion:

  • Drive lead generation efforts through various channels, including digital marketing, SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, partnerships, and other relevant channels.
  • Optimize conversion rates throughout the customer journey, from lead acquisition to course enrollment.
  • Implement marketing automation tools and strategies to streamline lead nurturing and conversion processes.


Brand Management and Promotion:

  • Manage and enhance the STRI Academy brand presence across all marketing channels.
  • Develop promotional strategies and campaigns to highlight the benefits of our courses and certifications.
  • Monitor online presence and reputation, actively engaging with customers and prospects on social media and other platforms.


Sales Enablement and Support:

  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to align marketing strategies with sales goals and initiatives.
  • Provide sales enablement tools and materials, including sales presentations, case studies, and competitive analysis.


Analytics and Reporting:

  • Track and analyze marketing campaign performance, ROI, and key metrics.
  • Use data-driven insights to optimize marketing strategies and improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Prepare regular reports for management on marketing and sales metrics, trends, and forecasts.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Proven experience in marketing management, preferably in the education or e-learning industry.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tactics, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing multi-channel marketing strategies that drive lead generation and sales growth.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate findings into actionable insights.
  • Passion for sustainability and knowledge of LEED Certification programs is a plus.
