Duties
What will I do in this position if hired?
In this position, you will be primarily concerned with a wide variety of assignments that deal with analyzing, evaluating, and/or improving the efficiency of internal administrative operations. Typical assignments include:
Experience in crafting and review of communications as well as the ability to work with partners to understand the intent and scope of the message. Experience using web-based file management systems (. Sharepoint), and collaborative work spaces for meetings, documents, and data collection shared with internal and external stakeholders. Prepare and edit work products and using written and verbal communications to provide directions, findings, results, or recommendations. Experience in developing, tracking, and reporting on taskers, in coordination with other partners, and conveying effects of any unplanned delays to managers.What else do I need to know?
