Job Summary
AECOM is seeking a Senior Inspector to be based in Austin, TX or San Antonio.

This position is expected to begin in May 2022.

The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
  • Serves as technical expert in field inspections and audits,
  • Recognized as the 'go-to' expert internally and externally
  • Provides guiding direction for inspections on CEI projects.
  • Sets direction and goals for inspection.
  • External spokesperson on technical project issues.
  • Leads the audit strategy for individual's area of expertise.
  • Key point of contact for CEI project engagements and member of AECOM senior leadership team.
  • Performs daily field inspections and maintains inspection records.
  • Trains other inspectors
Minimum Requirements
  • HS + 8 years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
  • Must have valid Driver’s license
Preferred Qualifications
  • 15+ years of relevant TxDOT construction inspection experience.
  • TxDOT Site Manager software experience
  • TxAPA Level 1A and 1B certification
  • ACI Grade 1 and strength test certification
