Here nurses work side by side with Medical Director Sarah Clevenger, physical therapists, occupational therapists, and speech therapists to deliver a tailored medical and rehabilitation program to serve individual needs. Nursing care duties include med/surg nursing practice and a working knowledge of therapeutic techniques to teach patients and family members new and efficient approaches to accomplishing ADLs and managing their own health. With an average length of stay being 11-14 days, we pride ourselves on putting hospitality back in hospital. This position also provides career opportunities including specialty certifications.Assesses, plans, implements, evaluates and documents nursing care in accordance with facility and departmental policies and in accordance with standards of professional nursing practice.
