We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse RN to join our Inpatient Physical Rehabilitation team at LewisGale Medical Center. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will provide high-quality, evidence-based patient-centered care to patients recovering from various conditions and injuries.
Responsibilities- Provide 24-hour inpatient therapeutic care to patients recovering from amputation, spinal cord injuries, and multiple sclerosis.
- Work closely with the Medical Director, Hospitalist, and therapy team to promote teamwork and accountability.
- Conduct daily interdisciplinary rounds to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Diploma or Associates Degree from a professional nursing program.
- BSN or current enrollment in a BSN program at an accredited school of Nursing.
- Current licensure as an RN in the state of Virginia or current multi-state compact RN license with eligibility to practice in VA.
- American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) Health Care Provider certification.
