Key Responsibilities

Support the project team in the successful execution, upgrade, enhancement, implementation, and maintenance of the ERP system. Ensure the seamless implementation of the project and maintain a stable post-project environment. Manage user access for the existing ERP system. Provide user training sessions. Maintain and manage the ERP system database. Generate and save reports from the existing ERP system. Continuously review and improve workflow processes. Collaborate with Business Unit leaders to understand and optimize workflows/processes for the current ERP project. Perform any additional tasks as assigned.

At least a Diploma in Computer Science/ IT or related discipline, with a minimum of 2 years of related working experience. Experience in managing IT application projects and implementations. Previous experience in one or more of the following applications: NetSuite (Desire), SAP, Oracle e-Business Suite. Able to start work immediately or on short notice.
