Assistant Maintenance Manager-(24141497)

The Montana Department of Public Health and Human Services (DPHHS) has a career opportunity as a Assistant Maintenance Manager at Montana State Hospital.

The Assistant Maintenance Manager position provides oversight of the maintenance department in the absence of the Maintenance Manager at Montana State Hospital (MSH).This position oversees physical property and property maintenance throughout the hospital and acts as the Safety Officer for MSH, overseeing inspections and corrective action as needed.This position oversees the housekeeping department and groundskeepers.

·Well organized with good attention to detail.

·Knowledge of, and ability to use, relevant equipment and control systems for property, tools, and keys.

·Ability to research, compile, and analyze data from multiple sources to identify and resolve a wide variety of issues and problems.

·Must be able to organize workload in such a manner as to obtain maximum efficiency in a cost-effective manner.

·Maintain effective working relationships with direct reports, peers, other agencies, and the public.

· Minimum Qualifications (Education and Experience):

oHigh School Diploma or equivalent.

oTwo years supervision.

oFive years relevant experience.
