Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher - preferred.
  • Five (5) years of experience in ESG/HSE reporting frameworks and methodologies.
  • Experience in conducting a Management Information Systems and/or background in environmental data management.

  • Detail-oriented with strong project management, analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written), collaboration, and presentation skills.
  • Experience managing project work with tight deadlines and working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to engage at all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing against project plans.
  • Comfortable in both individual contributing roles and cross-functional team management roles
  • Experience with MS Office Products, MS Visio, data analytics and queries.


Responsibilities for this include (but are not limited to):

  • Engage in all life cycle stages of HSE/ESG project execution; assisting with system configuration, integration, training, rollout, support, maintenance, enhancement, and improvements as required to meet overall objectives.
  • Contributes to the design, implementation and upgrading of ESG/HSE reporting systems, which enhances the accuracy reporting of HSE/ESG throughout NOV globally.
  • Configure/deploy environmental health, safety, and sustainability solutions; specific activities include drafting and publishing system design documents, configuring technical specifications and components within the solution, analyzing/migrating data, and developing custom reports/dashboards and automated interfaces.
  • Configuration of commercial off-the-shelf EHS&S software (i.e. Enablon and CMO.)
  • Create software documentation:
  • Work with, and lead where applicable, HSE teams to implement environmental and social requirements, providing environmental technical expertise and support.
  • Create innovative system solutions for senior management to monitor ESG/HSE processes.
