The IT Project Manager will work closely with clients, internal teams, and external vendors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget .

· Serve as the primary point of contact for key account clients, understanding their IT needs and requirements.

· Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, internal teams, and external vendors.

· Lead project planning , including defining project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with clients and internal teams.

· Create detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets , and track progress against established milestones.

· Coordinate resources , both internal and external, to ensure timely project delivery.

· Manage project risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies as needed.

· Monitor project performance and provide regular updates to clients and internal stakeholders.

· Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project team members.

· Ensure adherence to project management best practices, processes, and methodologies.

· Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline processes and enhance project delivery efficiency.

· Identifies and mitigates technical risks , ensuring the technical integrity of the project.

· Acts as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders , translating technical concepts into understandable terms.

Ensures the technical quality of deliverables , including adherence to technical standards and best practices.

Requirements :

· Proven experience (5-8 years) in IT project management , preferably within a client-facing role.

· Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.

· Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

· Experience working with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders .

· Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

· Knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems, and software development lifecycle is desirable .

· Ability to solve complex technical problems.

· Ability to travel occasionally for client meetings and project-related activities.

Education/Qualification :

· At least a bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.

· Minimum 5-8 years of proven experience in IT project management, preferably within a client-facing role.

· PMP, PRINCE2, or other project management certifications are a plus.

Working location : East Central & Projects location
