Four Deployment and Desktop Support contractors required for Mecklenburg County.

Expected Skills:

  • Able to work without assistance; can provide limited leadership to others; able to manage medium complexity work efforts; may have industry experience.

Description (including but not limited to):

  • Facilitating the refresh of hardware (laptops & desktops peripherals etc.) to bring equipment current with county hardware standards and security policies.
  • Will be directly responsible for reimaging existing laptops and desktops as well as deploying new laptops and desktops (and accompanying peripherals) at multiple locations.

Skill Required / Desired Amount of Experience Must be able to lift at least 25 pounds regularly. Required Large scale deployments of 500 machines preferred. Required 2 Years Must be able to stand and move around in classroom style setting daily. Required Knowledge of Active Directory VPN client Microsoft Office suite and Windows 10 Required 2 Years
