Looking for a Digital Media Specialist marketer who can deliver results, and has a full understanding of the digital landscape. The Digital Advertising Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing digital advertising strategies that grow digital customer acquisition for our various business units and special projects via online marketing programs such as Display Advertising (programmatic media), Paid Search and Paid Social marketing.


Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with vendor partners to plan, develop and execute digital marketing campaigns, with a specific focus on Paid Search, Programmatic Display Advertising and Paid Social advertising.

• Conceptualize and strategize various test campaigns (ad copy, creative, offers and landing pages) in order to continually improve key metrics (clicks, leads, conversions) across all campaigns

• Work with Analytics and Ad Ops teams to ensure proper tagging and integration with all websites, analytics tools, and reporting platforms.

• Work collaboratively with various internal teams to implement Digital advertising programs.

• Monitor compliance across all brands that have active ads in media.

• Deliver a data-driven, quantitative approach to digital advertising.

• Create campaign performance reports and dashboards to assess the performance of all marketing campaigns against defined KPIs and goals.

• Collaborate with and prepare analysis of programs to share with marketing field partners to recommend updates to creative, offers, and other program tactics.

• Assist with the allocation of monthly and quarterly budgets.

• Maximize co-op funds where all or a portion of digital advertising activities


Qualifications:

• 2-4 years marketing experience; experience in search advertising, display advertising, mobile advertising, video advertising, paid social media, and/or the automotive industry a plus

• Facebook Blueprint Certified preferred, not required

• Google Analytics & Ads Certified preferred, not required

• Proven record of business analysis driven and fact-based decision-making

• Very strong Excel skills (VLOOKUPS/Pivot Tables and must be comfortable analyzing large quantities of data utilizing Excel)

• Strong data evaluation skills, with the ability to extract and interpret data from various sources.

• Ability to handle multiple projects, prioritize responsibilities, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
