Your Role
We are hiring an experienced Manufacturing Engineer to implement maintain and operate required pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment and systems.
- Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment to ensure efficient and safe production processes.
- Analyze and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency reduce waste and enhance product quality.
- Assist in the maintenance and calibration of manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Provide onthefloor manufacturing support operating a range of required machinery and equipment (filling packaging etc.).
- Assess machinery equipment performance material requirements processes ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and standards.
- Perform inprocess quality checks to ensure products meet specified standards and report any deviations.
- Identify and resolve issues related to manufacturing equipment and systems to ensure optimized and efficient production with limited downtime.
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation and records (standard operating procedures reports equipment logs batch records change records etc.)
- Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure smooth and efficient production operations.
- Additional responsibilities as required.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in related engineering discipline.
- 35 years of experience in manufacturing engineering/technician role within the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry.
- Handson experience operating pharmaceutical manufacturing machinery equipment and systems (filling packaging etc.)
- Understanding of cGMP regulations and pharmaceutical manufacturing processes.
- Experienced with required technical documentation.
- Strong attention to detail
- Advanced analytical and problem solving skills.
- The ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
- Strong communication skills verbal and written.

Bachelor\'s degree in related engineering discipline. 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering/technician role within the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry.
