Your Role

We are hiring an experienced Manufacturing Engineer to implement maintain and operate required pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment and systems.
  • Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment to ensure efficient and safe production processes.
  • Analyze and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency reduce waste and enhance product quality.
  • Assist in the maintenance and calibration of manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Provide onthefloor manufacturing support operating a range of required machinery and equipment (filling packaging etc.).
  • Assess machinery equipment performance material requirements processes ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and standards.
  • Perform inprocess quality checks to ensure products meet specified standards and report any deviations.
  • Identify and resolve issues related to manufacturing equipment and systems to ensure optimized and efficient production with limited downtime.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed documentation and records (standard operating procedures reports equipment logs batch records change records etc.)
  • Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure smooth and efficient production operations.
  • Additional responsibilities as required.


Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in related engineering discipline.
  • 35 years of experience in manufacturing engineering/technician role within the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry.
  • Handson experience operating pharmaceutical manufacturing machinery equipment and systems (filling packaging etc.)
  • Understanding of cGMP regulations and pharmaceutical manufacturing processes.
  • Experienced with required technical documentation.
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Advanced analytical and problem solving skills.
  • The ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
  • Strong communication skills verbal and written.

Bachelor\'s degree in related engineering discipline. 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering/technician role within the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry. Hands-on experience operating pharmaceutical manufacturing machinery, equipment, and systems (filling, packaging, etc.) Understanding of cGMP regulations and pharmaceutical manufacturing processes. Experienced with required technical documentation. Strong attention to detail Advanced analytical and problem solving skills. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
