Key Result Areas

1. Product Marketing (Mashreq Gold Proposition, Mashreq Liabilities and Insurance)

· Together with the Head of Marketing and the Senior Manager, work with the products team to assist in building marketing strategy for the year, by quarter, in line with business objectives and within budget.

· Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for Insurance, Deposits and Liabilities, Mashreq Gold, and Digital Acquisitions.

· Develop & execute NTB & ETB campaigns end-to-end from creative development to media planning, roll-out, tracking and optimizing.

· Track the results of all campaigns and perform analysis / learnings for improvements.

· Work with the Digital Squad to strategize marketing initiatives to aid the ETB business P&L, assess the effectiveness of cross-functional collaboration through feedback and successful execution of joint initiatives.

· Assist in end-to-end campaign management, from ideation to execution, ensuring timely delivery and effectiveness.

· Liaise with different agencies to execute projects and campaigns.

2. Digital Marketing

· Develop digital marketing strategy by identifying customers and their current and future needs (insights driven), tracking changes in supply and demand, and monitoring the competition.

· Plan and execute media plans - social media, web, SEO/SEM and display advertising.

· Provide marketing support for product launches and other key initiatives.

· Develop and implement customer segmentation strategies to tailor marketing messages for different target audiences.

Identifies critical conversion points & drop off points, and work with Product team, Technology & Digital Studio to optimizes user funnels.
