Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish, implement, and evaluate goals for clinical services
  • Ensure coordination of care between services
  • Identify resident needs and develop care plans

Requirements:
  • Valid NYS nursing license in good standing
  • 8+ years of experience in Assisted Living
  • 3+ years of Supervisory nursing experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience in senior living
