The Franchise Business Consultant will be responsible for providing operational, management, financial, and marketing support to franchise partners. This position is focused on coaching franchise partners on the utilization of our System of Business in the effort to help them reach their personal and business goals. The successful candidate will effectively monitor and measure the results of our franchise partner’s business in relation to their goals by utilizing our tools and systems and effectively provide productive guidance and direction for the Franchise Partner to achieve their business goals.

Responsibilities:

  1. Being a business consultant and coach; building trust with franchise partners to influence growth and profitability within their organization.
  2. Building strong positive relationships.
  3. Making weekly contact by phone to maintain a deep understanding of the business operations of our franchise partners; visiting each franchise partner’s business premises at least annually for a full one or two days of on-site coaching and training.
  4. Keeping franchise partners focused on creating happy clients, working with them on resolution with customer complaints or negative experience of service performance.
  5. Focusing on each franchise partner profitability and financial health; working on creating annual budgets and reviewing the actual performance against the budgets.
  6. Providing the franchisee guidance on the correct staffing levels for their business; as necessary, train franchisees how to recruit and train technicians, management, office, and sales employees.
  7. Teaching our franchise partners how to drive sales by training in the importance of educating the customer on additional needs and offering options by using our sales system.
  8. Helping our franchise partners understand the importance of staying in compliance with the Franchise Agreement and assisting when needed in the efforts to help the franchise partner become compliant.
  9. Providing guidance in the recruiting and retention of our franchise partner’s associates and helping in the development of their engagement to our company culture.
  10. Developing training materials, and can deliver presentations to large and small audiences, conducting training sessions for franchise partners and their associates.
  11. Performing a monthly Profit and Loss statement review including YOY revenue.
  12. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university and five (5) or more years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  2. Ability to be comfortable in dealing with business mathematics, particularly in reading and understanding financial statements. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
  3. Must have strong computer skills and be familiar with all Microsoft Office Programs.
  4. Communicate clearly and precisely in verbal and written forms to employees, franchise owners, prospective franchise owners, and vendors.
