JOB DESCRIPTION

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage and coordinate the activities of staff including training, employee development, performance evaluation, hiring decisions, and the establishment of goals and performance objectives for assigned department.
  • Provide continual evaluation of department processes, methods, and activities to assure the most effective use of resources and equipment.
  • Manage budget and expenditures.
  • Assist in and coordinate the development of annual goals for each district and compile district plans to develop regional service goals.
  • Monitor district performance and provide assistance to district managers and sales representatives as necessary.
  • Report district/region performance and insure the implementation of department policies and procedures within the region.
  • Monitor inventories within each district and recommend methods of better utilization of inventory.
  • Visit field stores on periodic basis and participate in region planning meetings.
  • Perform other work related tasks as assigned.
  • Comply with all NOV Company and HSE policies and procedures.


EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum of 10 years management experience in a Permian Basin oilfield service company preferred


JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Mobile service rig functional and technical knowledge/experience required
  • Experience with and knowledge of the Permian Basin well service industry
