AECOM is seeking a highly talented, self-driven and motivated Right of Way Services Assistant to provide administrative support to the Right of Way section on projects for the client (i.e. Department of Transportation) to be based in Raleigh, North Carolina area.

This position is expected to begin in October 2022

The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

  • provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying to management

  • maintain electronic and hard copy filing system

  • open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence

  • perform data entry and scan documents

  • prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails

  • attend meetings as necessary;

  • prepare condemnation documents and provide condemnation support to the client;

  • provide litigation support as necessary;

  • prepare payment packages for claim and relocation payments;

  • perform other right-of-way tasks or duties as directed by manager;

  • work in concert with Right of Way agents and contribute assistance and help in decisions when requested

Minimum Requirements

  • BA/BS + 2 years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
