Job Summary: The Graduate Recruiter is responsible for attracting sourcing and hiring top graduate talent for entrylevel roles and programs within the organization. This role involves building strong relationships with universities managing campus recruitment events and guiding candidates through the hiring process. The Graduate Recruiter plays a critical role in developing a pipeline of skilled graduates to meet the organizations talent needs and supports the overall talent acquisition strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Graduate Recruitment Strategy:

    • Develop and implement a graduate recruitment strategy to attract toptier graduates for entrylevel positions and graduate programs.
    • Partner with universities career services and student organizations to build and maintain strong relationships that support recruitment efforts.
    • Collaborate with business leaders and HR teams to understand staffing needs and align graduate recruitment efforts with business objectives.
  2. Campus Engagement:

    • Plan organize and participate in oncampus recruitment activities including career fairs information sessions workshops and networking events.
    • Represent the company at university events delivering presentations and engaging with students to promote career opportunities.
    • Build relationships with faculty student groups and career services to enhance the companys presence on campus.
  3. Candidate Sourcing and Screening:

    • Source and engage with graduate candidates through campus events online platforms and networking opportunities.
    • Screen resumes conduct initial interviews and assess candidates qualifications skills and cultural fit for the organization.
    • Maintain a pipeline of qualified graduate candidates for current and future roles.
  4. Candidate Experience:

    • Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear and timely communication throughout the recruitment process.
    • Provide candidates with detailed information about the company its culture and the opportunities available for graduates.
    • Guide candidates through the interview and selection process including coordinating interviews providing feedback and managing the offer process.
  5. Graduate Program Management:

    • Assist in the design implementation and management of graduate development programs ensuring they align with organizational goals.
    • Coordinate the onboarding process for new graduates including orientation training and mentorship programs.
    • Monitor the progress and performance of graduates in the program providing support and feedback as needed.
  6. Employer Branding:

    • Work with the HR and marketing teams to promote the companys employer brand among graduate students and recent graduates.
    • Create and distribute marketing materials that highlight the companys culture values and career opportunities for graduates.
    • Leverage social media and other digital platforms to reach and engage with the graduate talent pool.
  7. Diversity Equity and Inclusion (DEI):

    • Develop and implement strategies to attract a diverse pool of graduate candidates ensuring an inclusive recruitment process.
    • Track and report on diversity metrics within the graduate recruitment process and make recommendations for improvement.
    • Partner with HR to support diversity and inclusion initiatives within the organization.
  8. Data and Reporting:

    • Track and analyze key graduate recruitment metrics such as timetofill costperhire and conversion rates to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.
    • Prepare reports and presentations on graduate recruitment activities and outcomes for HR leadership and business stakeholders.
    • Use datadriven insights to continuously improve graduate recruitment practices and make informed decisions.
  9. Compliance and Record Keeping:

    • Ensure compliance with all federal state and local employment laws and regulations throughout the graduate recruitment process.
    • Maintain accurate and uptodate records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
    • Assist in preparing compliance reports such as EEO1 and other regulatory filings as required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
  • 24 years of experience in recruitment talent acquisition or a related field with a focus on graduate recruitment.
  • Proven ability to build relationships with academic institutions and engage with graduate students and recent graduates.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices employment law and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR technology platforms.
  • Ability to travel to various campuses and recruitment events as required.
