Program/Project Management Lead

BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Program/Project Management Lead for an opportunity in Addison TX 75001 - Hybrid Position (3 Days Onsite)

Position Title: Program/Project Management Lead

Location: Addison TX 75001 - Hybrid Position (3 Days Onsite)
Anticipated Start Date: August

Expected Duration: 04+ months contract (with possible extension)

Job Type: Contract, 40 HRS WEEKLY, Hybrid
Pay Range: $45 - $47.85/Hr on W2

Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).

2. Agile Scrum Master

3. Project Management

* Years of experience required for each skills? 10+ Years

* What are some "nice-to-have" skills? 1. Agile 2. JIRA 3. Tableau

Responsibilities:

* Bachelor's degree or higher, or equivalent experience.

* Strong strategic thinker and the proven ability to execute.

* Superior communication skills, ability to navigate in a matrix management model and influence across multiple organization levels.

* Strong relationship management and organizational skills along with ability to identify and prioritize workload.

* Willing and able to work after hours when required to support multiple time zones.

* Acts as the project subject matter expert to support delivery deadlines, governance routines, cross project dependencies and budget.

* Formally manages change controls for scope, schedule, and budget targets to adhere to bank Change Management policies.

* Ability to effectively convey complex information concisely.

* Support of program management tools and techniques in alignment with the bank Change and Project Management Framework.

* Ability to interact with business leaders, external vendors and internal technology groups

* Extensive experience of process release management

* Knowledge of Agile and waterfall software delivery methodology

* Experience delivering large projects with significant impact to multiple lines of business that may have cross-functional or inter-departmental implications.

* Process-oriented; able to navigate bank policies and procedures

* Must be able to create and maintain a project budget, identifying risks and opportunities and escalate variances.
