Their team specializes in advising developers investors and financial institutions through complex real estate transactions. With a reputation for excellence they are seeking a midlevel Commercial Real Estate Associate to join their Charlotte office.

Position Overview

The Commercial Real Estate Associate will assist with acquisitions dispositions leasing due diligence joint ventures and other real estate matters. The role involves drafting structuring and negotiating transaction documents while collaborating with a team of experienced attorneys on highprofile projects across local and national markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage acquisitions dispositions leasing and joint venture transactions
  • Conduct thorough due diligence and identify potential risks
  • Structure negotiate and draft a variety of real estate agreements
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to address complex real estate matters
  • Maintain strong client relationships with effective communication and problemsolving skills
Qualifications
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
  • Admitted to the North Carolina State Bar
  • 25 years of experience handling commercial real estate transactions
  • Proficiency in MS Outlook Word and Excel
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work independently and within a team
