Job Summary:

We seek a highly skilled and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will create, manage, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across various digital channels to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention. This role requires a data-driven mindset, a deep understanding of digital marketing strategies, and the ability to turn insights into actionable plans that achieve measurable business objectives.


Job Openings:

services, and courses.

USA, Canada, and GCC regions.


Key Responsibilities:

Develop and Implement Digital Marketing Strategies:

● Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email

marketing, social media, and display advertising campaigns.

● Design, build, and maintain our social media presence across all digital channels.

Content Creation and Management:

● Create engaging and relevant content for various digital platforms, including

blogs, social media posts, emails, and website updates.

● Collaborate with internal teams to develop creative content for marketing

campaigns.


SEO and SEM Optimization:

● Conduct keyword research and optimize website content for search engines.

● Manage and optimize PPC campaigns to drive targeted traffic and conversions.

Analytics and Reporting:

● Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and

assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).

● Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience

across multiple channels and customer touch points.

● Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the

insights.


Social Media Management:

● Manage and grow the company’s social media profiles and presence, including

Facebook, Twitter, , and additional channels that may be deemed

relevant.

● Create shareable content appropriate for specific networks to spread our brand and content.


Email Marketing:

● Develop and manage email marketing campaigns, including template designs,

calls-to-action, and content used in our email sends.

● Segment email lists based on behaviors like past email engagement and website

interactions (content downloads, site page visits, etc.).


Collaboration and Communication:

● Work with other departments to brainstorm new and innovative growth

strategies.

● Communicate with the team and management on project development, timelines,

and results.


Qualifications:

  • Proven working experience in digital marketing.
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email,
  • social media, and/or display advertising campaigns.
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital
  • campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
  • Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.


Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google

Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and others.
