Scope of the project:

The University of South Carolina s division of it is seeking a highly skilled special assistant to VPCIO administration with extensive experience in Calero pinnacle 7.6 service pack 1 for a 12week assignment. The successful candidate will work closely with the VPCIO director of administration & resource management to assess and optimize the current usage of Calero pinnacle for telephony inventory and campus billing. The role involves conducting a comprehensive study of the current pinnacle usage identifying and prioritising overdue actions and redesigning inventory processes for enhanced accuracy and efficiency. The candidate will also be responsible for maintaining inventory and billing tasks ensuring data accuracy and providing clear documentation and detailed implementation plans for any identified updates and improvements. This position requires strong analytical project management and communication skills along with a proactive approach to problemsolving and a proven track record in system optimization.

Daily duties / responsibilities:
  • Conduct a comprehensive study of the current pinnacle usage for telephony inventory and campus billing.
  • Identify prioritise and complete actions in the system that are past due and require immediate correction.
  • Redesign and update pinnaclebased inventory processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Develop and implement strategies to streamline billing operations using pinnacle.
  • Maintain and manage inventory and billing responsibilities through the pinnacle system.
  • Ensure data accuracy and timely updates within the pinnacle system.
  • Provide documented procedures and best practices to the director of administration and resource management.
  • Develop detailed implementation plans for updates and improvements that are identified but not yet made during the assignment.

  • Moderate Calero pinnacle 7.6 service pack 1 experience

Required education/certifications:

  • Calero pinnacle experience
