This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-financed, private equity-backed company that is growing through acquisition and organic growth. They are already recognized as the leader in their space and only getting better. They are hiring a Finance Director to work closely with the CFO and CEO.

The successful candidate will have a mix of traditional financial reporting, monthly FP&A, and preferably some M&A due diligence experience. This is a very key role and will have high visibility to the CEO, CFO, and some with the private equity firm.


Job Duties:

  • Lead and develop the Finance team in traditional monthly analysis for trend analysis, variance analysis, forecasting, and budgeting
  • Assist in preparing monthly financial packages for executive management
  • Work closely with the CFO to perform due diligence on potential acquisition targets
  • Provide leadership and staff development to junior analyst
  • Special ad hoc projects for the CEO and CFO


Job Requirements:

  • Accounting or Finance degree
  • MBA or CPA preferred
  • Five or more years of traditional corporate finance
  • One or more years of M&A, and due diligence experience preferred
  • Advanced Excel to include financial modeling, prefer Power BI experience
  • NetSuite or similar ERP experience
