  • LV standard work instruction audits
  • Real life images reflecting as built and how proper routing install should look
  • Reference correct clipping
  • Provide DFM feedback so harness tooling boards are setup for success
  • Update and draft LV workmanship standards
  • Lead development of in station LV QC checks
  • Develop EOL QC test stands (Working with Controls)
  • OP680 Cab test
  • OP240/260 Chassis test?
  • Battery test
  • Create manufactured part numbers with prints for process related LV cables
  • Software loading LV harnesses
  • Diagnostic harnesses
  • EOL harnesses
  • Support incoming harness inspection and rework
  • Support inline LV rework
  • Develop training material for onboarding technicians
  • Basic LV tools
  • Basic rework guidelines
  • Best practices
  • Reading schematics
  • Trouble shooting workflow…..
  • Help identify in process station tooling for LV work
