  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.\r
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in global mobility or international human resources.\r
  • In-depth knowledge of global mobility processes, USA and Canadian immigration laws, and expatriate administration.\r
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Arizona and neighboring states, along with the ability to recruit for specialized roles.\r
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.\r
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.\r
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.\r
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.\r
  • Certification in Global Mobility (e.g., GMS, CRP) is a plus.\r
  • Proficiency in Spanish is considered an asset.\r
